Ecocamp Meal Classics

Some of our classics are:  

  • Cream of roasted beetroot soup with yogurt and dill 
  • Cream of roasted squash and leek with vanilla oil and Fugazza bread
  • Tomato soup with olive bruschetta
  • Cream of lentil and Serrano ham soup with garlic bread
  • Vegetable soup with caramelised onion bread
  • Cream of pea soup with chili oil and cream rosette
  • Cream of meat soup with Fugazza bread

Main Course:
  • Chilean pot roast (with a red wine and rosemary marinade) with a baked sweet corn casserole
  • Fettuccine with a fresh tomato and mushroom sauce
  • Mixed-leaf salad - smoked salmon - crunchy dried fruits - tomatoes and olives (with smoked chilli pepper bread)
  • Southern hake with a garlic and parmesan croquante and a carrot purée
  • King crab cannelloni with a king crab sauce
  • Lamb stew with Provençal potatoes
  • Seafood lasagne (prawn, spider crab and octopus)
  • Mixed leaf salad - octopus and prawns - crunchy dried fruits - tomatoes (with smoked chilli pepper bread)
  • Salmon with a fresh cucumber and mint sauce and vegetable couscous
  • Gnocchi with a bolognese sauce
  • Pork sirloin with a honey and mustard sauce and Dauphinoise potatoes
  • Ravioli filled with pumpkin and cream cheese, with a toasted almond sauce and rosemary butter
  • Mixed leaf salad - smoked salmon - crunchy dried fruit - tomatoes and olives (with smoked chilli pepper bread)
  • Beef tenderloin with rustic-style potatoes and a mint and coriander sauce
  • Fettuccine with salmon, white wine and capers, with a drizzle of olive oil, butter and cream
  • Chicken supreme wrapped in bacon and stuffed with tomato, cheese and basil, served with quinoa and vegetables
  • Couscous with vegetables, dried fruits and sautéd oysters

Vegetarian options:
  • Vegetable quiche (courgette, mushroom, onion, leek, tomato and olive) with a green salad mix
  • Soya hamburger with aubergine au gratin and chili sauce
  • Smoked peppers with soya meat and Parmesan cheese
  • Patato skins with mushroom, brocoli and white sauce
  • Polenta with pesto and baked tomato

Additional Information

Dietary requirements:
We are more than happy to accommodate vegetarians, gluten-free or any other special diets. We simply ask that you notify us as far as possible in advance (preferably when booking) to give us time to prepare special meals for you. Although a daily vegetarian option is provided on the menu we still prefer advanced notice. Recently EcoCamp Co-Founder Javier Lopez was test for celiac disease. He is used to travel a lot, but now having a lunch can be risky. When on the road, you cannot guarantee that you can eat safely 3x a day, 7x a week! That is why we are proud to offer guests with a gluten or lactose intolerance, celiac disease the best restaurant option in Torres del Paine.

What is included? 
  • Breakfast: All included, you can read about EcoCamp breakfasts in the section above. Unlimited tea, coffee, juice etc.
  • Box Lunch: Self-service buffet - you take what you want in the quantity you want. Water is available to refill water bottles
  • Dinner: Aperitif & appetizers, starter, main course, dessert. Beverages: 2 glasses of wine allocated per person, OR a soft drink (Sprite, Coca Cola, Diet Cola, Fanta & Tonic water)
  • Tea and coffee at the bar all day long
  • Complimentary tea and coffee in Suite Domes

What is not included?
  • Drinks you don´t consume during meals are not included. You are welcome to buy alcoholic and soft drinks at the bar
